Many bird species defy the sky of Bouloc and its surroundings. These birds, of which some are becoming rare, need grassy spaces to nourish themselves...
Among these birds, we find a bird emblematic of Bouloc : the "Chevêche d' Athéna" (see the picture on the left).
This small night raptor mainly eats insects and small rodents. Like all raptors, the Chevêche d' Athéna is now protected by the law dated the 10th of July 1976.
