At last
… the period during which Mr. Rup could call into question the decision of the Prefect came to an end. We can thus finally conclude that Bouloc will not suffer from a new quarry.
On this occasion, as promised, we started to withdraw the panels "Nou quarry at Bouloc" which faithfully accompanied us throughout our actions.
We would like to ask those who did not yet withdraw them to do so now so that the village of Bouloc can recover its beauty and its serenity.

The final decision arrived... |

We are very happy to announce that after months of waiting, the final decision of the Prefect arrived at the town hall of Bouloc on the 8th of April : the decision is a REFUSAL to establish a quarry in Bouloc by the EURL Rup.
The Prefect signed the decision on the 24th of March 2010 and Rup enterprises has two months as from this date to dispute this decision.
